The objective from the two founders was clear. To cut through the noise and aim for the top in a competitive gin market.

Following an intesnse period of strategy we got to work creating a brand that represented the inception of the concept. Two friends snowboarding on a black ski run on mountain in Japan.

KURO meaning black in Japanese, is now listed in some of the UK’s most illustrious retaillers including Harvey Nichols and Harrods.

The pinnacle of this project for us was that moment we found out the the branding and packaging for the London Dry had recieved a Gold Outstanding from The IWSC. One of only three gins in the world that year to recieve the award.
